We have completely changed our user experience to be more intuitive and straightforward. The Crushed Red Loyalty & Rewards system has been completely updated with every ordering experience in mind.
We now have connected our in-store and online ordering Loyalty & Rewards!

If you had an existing loyalty account through the Crushed Red app, you would log into the New Loyalty Experience online or in store with your same login information from the app. Forgot your password? Enter your email and reset your password to gain access.
If you don’t have an existing loyalty account and are ordering online: Click sign in, then select Create Account. You’ll input your name, phone number, email and create a password. You’ll get a confirmation message your account has been created and be on your way to earning rewards!
If you don’t have an existing loyalty account and are ordering in-store: input your phone number at the check out keypad before completing your transaction.
Rest assured, your loyalty points from the Crushed Red app have transferred automatically with the switch over. You can now use them both in-store or online!
You earn 1 Spot for every dollar spent. Same as before, why change a good thing!
Online: Select the store you wish to order from, then click the Sign In icon (top right of screen) and log in. Select items for your order and click on the Gold call-to-action that says “You have a reward available! Apply a reward.” This will show available redemptions, click “Apply to bag +” You will see your Spots/Reward applied and have the option to edit prior to proceeding to checkout. When you’re ready, click “Continue to Checkout” to finish placing your order.
In-store: Input your phone number at the register, select the Spots/Reward you wish to use and finish checking out with your Crushed Red teammate.
If you no longer want to use the Spots/Reward selected online or in-store, click “Edit Reward,” then “Remove From Bag”.
Rewards may have different expiration dates. The expiration date will be on each reward.
Online: Head to the ‘Rewards’ tab at the top right post login screen. Your Spots balance and Rewards will be visible.
In-store: Input your phone number at the register to view Spots balance and rewards available.
You can also find your Spots earned and total balance on your receipt in-store or online.
If you have an existing loyalty account, enter your phone number to earn Spots at the register!
If you don’t have an existing loyalty account, sign up in a flash at the register by entering your phone number to start earning today!

Please reach out to the store from which you ordered to ensure they do not fill your order and for help with a refund. Then place a new order for the correct location.
